Chiropractic Therapy emphasizes a hands on approach using manual therapies to treat and reactivate muscular, bone, joint, and neurological conditions.

Our Chiropractors are extensively educated in the prevention, assessment, diagnosis and management of conditions related to the muscles, bones, joints and nerves and will recommend a course of treatment that will help relieve pain and improve function. These treatments may include joint manipulation and mobilization, specific soft tissue therapies (ART, FRR, MRT), prescribed exercise programs, medical acupuncture, or shockwave therapy.


Massage Therapy

Registered Massage therapy may include additional therapies such as cupping or individualized exercise prescription based on your clinical indication and discussion between you and the registered massage therapist.

She graduated in 2021 from the Registered Massage Therapy program at Georgian College in Barrie, and has returned back to Muskoka where she grew up to work with our very active community of kids, adults, and older adults.
